The Center to Advance Reproductive Justice and Behavioral Health among Black Pregnant/Postpartum Women (CORAL) at the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, is committed to developing and sustaining a robust, community-driven, transdisciplinary research infrastructure in partnership with Morehouse School of Medicine, Emory University, and a range of community collaborators. CORAL focuses on advancing ethical, rigorous research and interventions that address the complex, multilayered determinants of maternal behavioral health among Black women. The Center is also dedicated to training and empowering the next generation of diverse investigators—particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds—to lead innovative, community-engaged research.
